A 50% deposit will be required for any orders placed unless it is a purchase order. PLEASE EMAIL PURCHASE ORDERS TO: sales@hattrixemb.com Orders that change once quote is approved the customer will be responsible for any restocking or shipping fees. Accepted payment types are Money Orders, Checks, Paypal and major Credit Cards. Please make checks payable to Hattrix Embroidery. Spoilage Rate is 3% per print location or 5 pieces, whichever is higher. Polyester Garment Disclaimer: When printing on polyester, nylon, or blends-we print with polyester or dye blocking inks to help prevent dye migration of the garment color into the ink. We however cannot guarantee the garment dye will not migrate and we are not responsible for migrated garments even over and above spoilage rate. Orders that are not picked up within 90 days of completion will be discarded upon management discretion. Quote pricing is valid for 30 days from creation, decorating costs will be locked in during that time pending any changes. However, garment costs subject to change pending wholesalers and manufactures. Dates on quotes are not valid or set until quote is approved, and are subject to change at anytime.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
